
Sure it still takes 2-3 hours a night to put this child to sleep but he grounds me. there are many nights he wins and puts me to sleep instead but that is probably because I need it more than he does. he’s an angel like that.
Tonight as I pretended to be asleep under the covers, he asked me, “I have a question about the monorail..” From a book we’ve been reading. Bedtime is his calm to absorb his entire day. Autistics have a lot of info to process. Then he turned to me and said, “baba, your my friend.” <3
